DOWNLOADING & VIEWING
PDF FILES

First,
try simply clicking on the above download link. If you have any
trouble, try following the instructions below.

Right
click on the link to the PDF file. |

Choose
'Save Link As...' from the menu. This will bring up the save
dialogue box. |

Select
the location to where you would like to download the file
to. |

Important:
be sure the file extension is .pdf. For example, Netscape
will by default name the file extention as .html. |

Click
save. |
| 6 |
Open
the file on your computer. Acrobat Reader will automically
open the file. |

click on the link to the PDF file. |

Choose
'Save Target As...' from the menu. This will bring up the
save dialogue box. |
